She believes that a wedding is not just a party. It is a complex production involving hundreds of moving parts, significant financial investment, and deeply personal emotion. She is here to manage all three.

I work with high-performing clients who value clarity, decisive leadership, and a refined approach to planning. My role is to absorb the complexity so my clients can remain present, protected, and confident throughout the process.
Before I was a wedding planner, I was a Tech Executive. I spent years managing six-figure budgets, tight deadlines, and high-pressure stakeholders.
I realized that the skills required to launch a product were the exact same skills needed to launch a marriage. I traded spreadsheets for silk, but I kept the rigorous systems. My clients hire me because I speak their language: Efficiency, Transparency, and ROI.

Elena brings order to chaos. With a background in corporate supply chain management, she ensures that every vendor truck arrives on the minute and every contract is watertight. If Alexis is the vision, Elena is the infrastructure.

Creative Director
A former interior architect, Julian approaches wedding design as a spatial experience. He manages the visual narrative—from the drapery installations to the kerning on the menu cards. He ensures the 'vibe' translates into reality.

Head of Logistics
Sloane handles the guest experience. From managing RSVP tracking for 200+ guests to coordinating VIP transport and hotel blocks, she ensures your loved ones feel like royalty from the moment they receive the save-the-date.
